Sinsun Ramset Concrete Nails – Precision-Engineered for Powder-Actuated Tools
The Sinsun Ramset concrete nails are designed to work with both high-speed and low-speed powder-actuated tools, making them suitable for any fastening application. Each nail is made of high-carbon steel and hardened to a core hardness of HRC 48–52. As a result, they are guaranteed to go straight through concrete, masonry blocks, and structural steel.
Why is Sinsun different? Our fluted shank design locks into the base material, resulting in being up to three times more resistant to pull-out than smooth shank options. The orange plastic collation is the right size to fit all major tool brands, such as Ramset, Hilti, and Simpson.By doing so, downtime on the job site is reduced.

"I frame about 30 basements a year in the Greater Toronto Area. For two years, I've only used Sinsun Ramset Nails. They drive straight, stay in place, and don't cost too much. During the busiest time of the year, my crew uses about 5,000 nails a month."
"We used Sinsun nails to attach light steel framing to concrete block walls for a school project in Riyadh. The fluted shaft held much better than the smooth nails we used before. We'll be ordering the container sizes for our next project."
"It is crucial that the fasteners we use in our mining operations near Antofagasta can withstand harsh conditions. Sinsun Ramset nails work perfectly. The SGS reports provide us with confidence in every batch."
Will these nails work with my Ramset tool?
Yes, Sinsun Ramset concrete nails are made to the same size standards as OEM nails. They work with all Ramset powder-actuated tools, such as the MasterShot, Powershot, and T2, as well as tools from other well-known brands like Hilti.
What does the orange plastic collar do?
The orange plastic strip (collation) does two things: it keeps the nails together for magazine feeding and it helps the nail go straight through the tool barrel. When you fire the collar, it either comes off completely or gets stuck in the wood. Either way, it doesn't change how well the nail holds.
Why do my ramset nails for concrete sometimes not go all the way in?
This usually happens when the power load is too light for the density of the concrete, or when the concrete is older and stiffer than expected. Try changing the load color, like from green to yellow. If the concrete is more than five years old, start with yellow loads.
Can I use these nails on cinder blocks?
Yes, of course. Sinsun fluted Ramset nails are effective for holding things together in concrete and cinder block. The flutes make a mechanical lock in the block material, which holds very well.
Do you provide SGS inspection reports?
Yes. If you ask, all Nissan export orders can come with SGS inspection reports and Mill Test Certificates (MTC) from a third party. Tell us what you need when you place your order.
What's the least amount of ramset nails you can order?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard sizes is 500 kg, which is about 50,000 to 60,000 pieces, depending on the nail size. If you need custom sizes or private label packaging, please contact our sales team to talk about minimums.
How should I store these nails?
Store in a dry environment. While the nails have a protective coating, prolonged exposure to moisture can cause surface rust. Keep in original packaging until ready to use.
Can you ship to my country?
Sinsun exports regularly to Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, India, South Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya. If your country isn't listed, contact us – we probably ship there too.
